News Two seasons of fieldwork were carried out in 2008 June: Electrical surveying at the sites of Jeftelik, Tell Marj, Tell Ezou and north Qarassa. September-October: Documentation of the megalithic necropolis, test excavations at Tell Marj, Tell Ezou and Jeftelik and the geo-archaeological study of Bouqaia. A paper was presented at the Annual Conference of the British Association for Near Eastern Archaeology, 9 and 10th January 2009 (Durham).
